Disabled Vehicle on the Taconic Leads to DWI Charge
Now a New York City resident is due in Yorktown town court Jan. 20.

New York State Police arrested Abdul K. Muhammad, 44, for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, at 1:55 a.m. Dec. 27
Police were there initially to check on a disabled vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway. They came to the conclusion that the driver was intoxicated.
Muhammad, a New York City resident, provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .13 percent. He is due in the Town of Yorktown Court Jan. 20.
