Drugs & Alcohol Driving Charge: Yorktown Police

Alanna R. Dolan of Peekskill faces charges of driving while ability impaired by combined drugs and alcohol, a misdemeanor, and failure to keep right, a traffic infraction.

The 27-year-old was arrested after police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle Sept. 18 at 9:20 p.m. on East Main Street in  Mohegan Lake. She was the driver of the vehicle involved, police said.

She is due in Yorktown Justice Court Oct. 21.
