Dutchess County Man Arrested In Yorktown

The arrest was subsequent to a one-car accident.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Dutchess County man was arrested after an automobile accident that occurred Oct. 25. Yorktown police said Keith Perri, 47, of Wappingers Falls, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Police said they were sent around 1:15 p.m. Oct. 25 to Front Street for a one-car auto accident.

A police investigation determined that Perri was allegedly driving while his driver's license was revoked.

Perri voluntarily surrendered at Yorktown Police Headquarters Oct. 26 where he was processed on the charge and released on his own recognizance.

Perri is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Nov. 29.
