Dutchess Man Accused in Yorktown for Stealing $20K Worth of Property: Police
Police said he broke into a home through a window.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Dutchess County man has been accused by the Yorktown police for a burglary from July.
Justin Williams, 26, of Holmes, was charged October 13 with second-degree burglary, a felony.
Police said he broke into a home through a window and stole property worth more than $20,000.

Williams was being held in the Westchester County Jail for a September arrest in which, police said, he was suspected of burglarizing several homes in Bedford.
Yorktown police took him from Westchester County Jail to Yorktown Justice Court to be arraigned.

Williams’ bail was set at $100,000, which he was unable to make.
He was sent back to jail and is scheduled to return to Yorktown Court November 3.
