DWI for Woman with Suspended License: Yorktown Cops
She allegedly was driving erratically around her co-op complex
Maria Varone of Mohegan Lake faces a felony charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two DWI charges and a charge of obstructing governmental administration, all connected to an incident at Old Yorktown Village.
Police responding to a call about someone driving a gray SUV around the complex in an erratic manner stopped the car at 3:30 p.m. March 26.
The driver attempted to leave while the officer was investigating.

The 52-year-old was arrested, arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail on $7,500 bail. She is due in court March 31.
