Jeffrey Brown of Yorktown faces charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and driving without using a seatbelt.
At about 10:40 p.m. May 23, police stopped Brown, 54, after he was seen on Central Street stopping short. Police found he was not wearing a seatbelt. Police concluded he was intoxicated; he was arrested and taken to headquarters.
He was released to a responsible person and is due in Yorktown Court June 2.
