Felony Drunken Driving Accusation In Yorktown
Police said the man had a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
YORKTOWN, NY — Yorktown police accused a town man of drunken driving. Police said Thomas D. Lennon, 58, of Yorktown, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with one prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with previous conviction in the last 10 years, felonies.
Police said, around 10 p.m. Sept. 13, a passing motorist reported a disabled car stopped in the road on Underhill Avenue.
The car was located by police, and Lennon was identified as the driver.

He was found to be intoxicated, police said, and was arrested.
Lennon was taken to police headquarters, where a check of his Department of Motor Vehicles history was conducted.

He also was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent and one previous conviction for DWI within the last 10 years.
After processing, Lennon was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance.
He is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Sept. 24.
