The Open Discussion format presents a valuable opportunity to connect with others with similar concerns who understand what you’re going through, and a chance to help one another by sharing information, resources, and coping strategies. Topics will include: - Have short term side effects become long term? - Are you experiencing long-term effects from your surgical procedures? - Living with fear of recurrence? - Is stress and anxiety thwarting your self-care? - What tools and strategies are women employing to support their sense of wellness?
