Frost Advisory Issued: Yorktown's Weather
If you have sensitive plants in Somers, take precautions.

SOMERS, NY — After a weekend in the 70s, temps in the Hudson Valley are swinging the other way. It's due to a cold air mass blowing in from Canada. And the air is cold enough to bring a Frost Advisory for early Tuesday to northern Westchester.
"October has been a very warm month in the Hudson Valley. Temps half way through the month are a full 8 degrees above average," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "So Monday will feel drastically different, as we see some major changes."
