Hamptons Man Who Stole Wallet From Yorktown Club Arrested Again: Cops
Already in the custody of Westchester County Corrections, he was arrested again and charged for stealing money using a victim's debit card.
YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Police Department says that the Hamptons man who stole a wallet from Club Fit last month, and who was already in the custody of Westchester County Corrections, has just received a whole new set of charges stemming from the incident.
On October 1, a Yorktown police officer responded to a residence after a report of the larceny of a wallet that had taken place on September 30, at Club Fit.
After a detective investigated, police alleged that 36-year-old Mark A. Ripolone, of East Hampton, stole the wallet containing the victim's debit and credit cards from the location. He then allegedly used the stolen debit card at a Yorktown gas station ATM to remove money from the victim's bank account.
