Katonah Man Charged With Bail Jumping In Yorktown

The 28-year-old hadn't appeared on his aggravated unlicensed driving charge.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Katonah resident is due in Yorktown town court to answer charges of bail jumping, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and registration and vehicle violations.

Edward James Brady of 64 Lake St. did not appear for a court date Jan. 8. The judge issued an arrest warrant and he didn't appear, so he was charged with bail jumping. The 28-year-old turned himself in June 4, police said, where he was processed on the bail-jumping charge and released without bail.

He's due back in court July 2.
