Continuing with our ongoing roof repairs in the district, the roof at Lincoln-Titus Elementary was replaced with final finishing work to be completed after school hours and on the weekends.

At Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, paving was completed in the front lot.

In another continuing districtwide project, the gym floors at Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin Elementary schools were replaced with beautiful new logos in the centers of the gym.

A storage area at Lakeland High School has been converted into a beautiful new classroom and office area to house part of the district’s ACE program.

Finally, the district is nearing completion of air conditioning all classrooms in every school.

"I cannot say enough about the outstanding work our crews did this summer, as well as the management of projects across the district. It always amazes me that we are able to complete large scale projects in a short amount of time, in budget and on schedule. We are also very grateful to our community that supports these efforts,” said Dr. George Stone.
