Loose Dog Means Court Appearance For Owner: PD
It's a town code violation to allow a dog to run around at large.
YORKTOWN, NY — The owner of a dog that, police said, was running around loose will have to appear in court. Yorktown police said Darly Bravo, 21, of Yorktown, was charged with dog at large, a town code violation.
According to police, they received a call from a Lowe's employee around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday that there was a dog running around the store's premises.
Officers were sent to the store and said they found a blonde-colored lab mix, owned by Bravo, running at large.

Bravo was given an appearance ticket and was released on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Nov. 21 to answer the charge.
