Mahopac, Somers Residents Charged with DWI Nov. 27
One incident took place on Granite Springs Road, the other on I-684.
STATE POLICE: Elizabeth A. Noble, 37, of Somers, is due in North Castle town court Dec. 18 to answer a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.
At 2:49 a.m. Nov. 27 New York State Police from the Somers station were dispatched to investigate a one-car auto accident on Interstate 684.
Police said Noble provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .16 percent, two times the legal limit of intoxication. Due to a previous DWI related conviction in 2007, Noble was charged with Felony DWI.
YORKTOWN POLICE: Nikoa Shkrell, 22, of Mahopac, is due in Yorktown town court to answer charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Yorktown police said Shkrell was stopped at 2:45 a.m. Nov. 27 on Granite Springs Road.
