Man Accused Of Illegally Dumping Computers

Police said he was served a criminal summons for a town code violation

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man has been accused of illegally dumping electronic equipment on town property. Yorktown police said Anthony Fusco, 58, of Yorktown, was charged with the town code violation of dumping.

Police said, around 1:30 p.m. April 28, 50 used computer towers were dumped without permission on town property at the Yorktown Refuse and Recycling Center.

An investigation by police said that Fusco was identified as the owner of the computers.

He voluntarily appeared at police headquarters May 16 where he was served a criminal summons.

Fusco was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Yorktown Justice Court June 11 for arraignment.
