Man With Revoked License Arrested After Accident: Police
Police said the license was also expired.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Peekskill man was arrested for driving without a license after getting into an accident. Yorktown police said Wilson A. Machado-Chimbo, 28, of Fremont Street in Peekskill, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed driver, a traffic infraction.
Police said they responded to an auto accident around 9:17 a.m. May 21 on Crompond Road near Garden Lane.
While investigating the accident, police said Machado-Chimbo, who was one of the drivers involved, had a revoked driver’s license. Police also said the license was expired at the time of the accident.

Machado-Chimbo was arrested and taken to police headquarters.
He was released on $250 bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court June 26.
