Massachusetts Woman Charged with DWI
She was arrested after an accident in the Triangle Shopping Center.
A Massachusetts woman who police allege was driving drunk with an open container of booze in her car is due in Yorktown town court July 21.
Police said Denise R. Rodino, 65, faces two DWI charges, one for having a blood alcohol level above .18 percent; and two traffic infractions for leaving the scene of an accident and having an open container of alcohol in the car.
The incident occurred at 5:22 p.m. June 19. The Brookfield, MA resident was released on $200 bail.
