NJ Man Accused Of Driving With Suspended License
Police said the man lost this privilege to drive due to failing to answer summonses.
YORKTOWN, NY — A New Jersey man was accused of driving without a license after being in an accident. Yorktown police said Jesus Gonzalez, 53, of Eatontown, New Jersey, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
Police said, around 3:30 p.m. June 21, an officer went to the scene of an automobile accident.
During the course of the investigation, licenses of both involved drivers were checked.

Police said that Gonzalez's license had been suspended for failing to answer several summonses.
He was arrested and taken to police headquarters.

After processing, he was issued a uniform traffic ticket and released on $100 bail.
Gonzalez is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court July 23.
