NYC Man Arrested For Selling Tobacco To Minor: Police
He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court in January.

YORKTOWN, NY — A New York City man was arrested for allegedly selling tobacco to a minor. Yorktown police said Xuefang Liu, 41, of Corona, Queens County, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor.
Around 7:21 p.m. Dec. 12, police were called to Rocks Smoke Shop at 1925 Commerce St. for a report of tobacco products being sold to a minor.
An officer was sent to investigate and found that Liu sold the products to a 14-year-old.

He was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.
Liu was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Yorktown Justice Court Jan. 10.
