NYC Man Violates Order Of Protection 3 Times: PD
Police said he went on the victim's property on three separate occasions.

YORKTOWN, NY — A New York City man was accused of violating an order of protection in Yorktown.
The Yorktown Police Department said Robert Nugent, 47, of Manhattan, was charged with three counts of second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors.
According to police, a report of a temporary order of protection being violated was received Jan. 11.

An officer met with the victim at police headquarters, and police said, it was found Nugent violated the stay away provision of a duly served temporary order of protection by going on the victim's property three separate times.
Police said multiple attempts to find and contact him were not successful.

On Monday, Nugent was located by a Yorktown police officer in the town of Cortlandt and placed under arrest.
After processing at police headquarters, he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
Nugent is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Feb. 8.
