He was initially pulled over for driving with an obstructed view, police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — An Ossining man was arrested after being stopped for allegedly driving a car with an obstructed view. Yorktown police said Brandon S. Duran, 19, of Ossining, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and obstructed view, a traffic infraction.
A police officer on patrol around 11:54 p.m. Aug. 26 in the area of Spring Valley Road saw that the vehicle being driven by Duran had a view that was obstructed.
After being pulled over, a computer check found that Duran’s driving privilege in New York had been suspended on multiple dates for failure to pay a fine and failure to answer a summons.
