Ossining Man Arrested For Failing To Appear In Court
Yorktown police said didn't make to a court appearance about a probation violation.
YORKTOWN, NY — An Ossining man because police said he didn't show up in court.
Robin D. Hawkey, 44, of Kitchawan Road in Ossining, was taken into custody Tuesday, March 28 after he voluntarily surrendered to the Yorktown Police Department on an arrest warrant — failure to appear.
Police alleged he failed to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court March 7 for a violation of probation.

Hawkey was processed and arraigned in court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.
Hawkey is schedule to reappear in the Yorktown Justice Court April 25.
