Ossining Man Arrested For Punching Someone In The Mouth
Police said the incident occurred at a soccer game.

YORKTOWN, NY — An Ossining man has been accused of assault that police said happened during a soccer game. Yorktown Police said Nestor Veintimilla, 40, of Broadway in Ossining, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Police said the incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. Feb. 4 during a game for an adult soccer league when Veintimilla punched someone in the mouth.
Veintimilla voluntarily surrendered at the Yorktown Police Department Feb. 15 and was place under arrest.

He was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court March 15.
