Peekskill Man Violated Order Of Protection: Yorktown Police
He posted bail and is due back in court in July.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Peekskill man was arrested in Yorktown for violating an order of protection. Yorktown Police said Thomas Paul Fahey, 50, of John Walsh Boulevard in Peekskill, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
Police said they were dispatched to a Yorktown residence on a report of a violation of an order of protection.
An investigation found that Fahey was at the location in violation of a duly served order of protection issued by the Yorktown Justice Court. [Get Patch’s Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts here.]

Fahey was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing.
He was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court. Fahey posted $1,000 bail.
