Peekskill Woman Faces Larceny Charge in Yorktown

Police allege she helped a customer making a return walk off with both cash and clothes.

Zakheima J. McCoy of Peekskill faces a charge of petty larceny in Yorktown.

Yorktown police said they were called by H&M in the Jefferson Valley Mall Jan. 6. Store security alleged that McCoy, an employee, had handled an ostensible return for an unknown male customer and had handed him both the cash and the clothing, which was valued at $528.61

She was arrested, posted $100 cash bail, and is due back in court March 10.
