Pepsi Will Move Out of Somers
The Town Supervisor told The Journal News it would happen by 2016.

PepsiCo will vacate its offices at 1 Pepsi Way, leaving behind the massive building the Pepsi Bottling Group opened in 1985 and last renovated with a $4 million grant from New York state, according to The Journal News.
The renovation took place after the company sold the building and considered leaving. It has been leasing most of the space back from PSI, the current owner.
“There was really nothing the local municipality could have done to change their mind,” Somers town Supervisor Rick Morrissey told TJN reporter Mark Lungariello, saying he had met with PSI about new tenants.
