Police: DWI for Man Driving Erratically on the Taconic

New York State Police charged Pasquale Muollo, 35, of Cortlandt with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, on July 26.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate an erratically operated vehicle traveling north on the Taconic State Parkway. The vehicle was stopped a short time later due to its inability to maintain its lane of travel. Police said the driver, Muollo, was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Muollo provided a breath sample yielding a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.17 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Yorktown Court Aug. 4.
