Police Say Man Violated Order of Protection, Faces Contempt Charges

The initial report was of a domestic incident.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 22-year-old Yorktown man faces a contempt charges for harassing two people in violation of a temporary order of protection.

Yorktown police said Ryan E. McCullough was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors.

Police received a call around 8:38 a.m. September 21 from a man living on Saw Mill River Road who reported a domestic incident was occurring.

Officers were sent to the scene and they said McCullough harassed at man and woman at that location in violation of an order of protection.

McCullough was arraigned and sent to the Westchester County Jail on $250 bail.

He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court September 27.
