Promote Your Nonprofit or Sports Business at the JV Mall with YSA Shared Space
The Yorkville Sports Association has created a cooperative opportunity for small local groups and companies.
Yorkville Sports Association, in conjunction with the Jefferson Valley Mall, is offering an opportunity for not-for-profit organizations and sports-related local businesses to showcase their services at the Jefferson Valley Mall from December through April.
Space will be available for a minimal cost, allowing businesses and organizations to run demos, conduct team or league registrations, plan potential fundraising for upcoming events, or just promote their business.
Al Morales, president of YSA, explained the details. “The plan is for 10 to 15 sports and local businesses and organizations to share space on a schedule. Time slots from 1 to 5 hours are available. If you require more time, we will work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs. For indoor space, the mall is charging only for electricity and the cost is $15 per hour. Fees will be waived for not-for-profit organizations. Outdoor space for demos and other activities may be available at no charge when conditions permit.

“We are providing a bin for the public to donate non-perishable food items which will be picked-up by local food pantries. We are also planning family-oriented sports activities in center court,” Morales added.
