Drunk Man Urinated On Morris County Flyer, Lawsuit Against United Says
The man says he was covered in someone else's urine the entire cross-country flight.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A Morris County man is suing United Airlines after he says the company didn't do enough to prevent a drunk passenger from urinating on him.
Daniel Card, of Pequannock, says the airline let a visibly drunk man board a flight from Los Angeles to Newark on June 12, and then did nothing to help Card when he was urinated on.
According to the federal lawsuit, the man in the seat next to Card on flight 1871 was in a "drunken stupor" and had a "powerful odor of alcohol" upon boarding the plane.

Just before the flight took off, the man urinated all over Card's leg, the suit says, leaving him covered in urine and unable to do anything about it. Flight attendants allegedly refused to move Card to another seat initially, although they later allowed him to sit somewhere else after "repeated requests."
The drunk man, who is not identified, told FBI agents in Newark he'd had at least four rum and cokes in the Los Angeles airport, and couldn't remember what happened on the flight.
