Shoplifting Incident at Sears March 25
Yorktown police said a man tried to take merchandise from a display.

Mahopac resident Stephen D. Netti faces a charge of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident March 25 at Sears.
Police said they were called to the store in Jefferson Valley after staff reported a man had removed merchandise valued at $879.94 from a store display and attempted to leave without paying.
Police said Netti is due in Yorktown Court April 23.
