Somers Man Accused Of Drug Dealing In Mahopac

Investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office arrested him Saturday at a local bar.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — A Somers man is accused of drug dealing in Mahopac. He was arrested Saturday at a local restaurant and bar, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. reported.

An investigator assigned to the Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit developed information earlier in October that the man was involved in the sale of cocaine in the Mahopac area. The investigator was able to make contact with the suspect and arrange for the purchase of alleged cocaine on at least two occasions, police said.

On Oct. 27, members of the NEU took the man into custody at a Mahopac restaurant/bar.
