Somers restaurateur Michael Lubic, who owns Traditions 118 in Somers with his mother, Lisa, is opening another restaurant in Mount Kisco.  Co-owner Lubic told Patch that his restaurant, which is under construction, is called The Rose Room. It will be located at the fhe former site of French American Bistro (F.A.B.) in Mount Kisco (222 E. Main St.). The Rose Room, Lubic said, will have "an eclectic American gourmet" with "a touch of Italian." The interior space, which will have a bar and lounge space, is under construction. The place is expected to open during the first week of February, Lubic said.
