Starting Chilly, Warming Up: Work Week Weather in Yorktown

Here's what to expect around Somers.

YORKTOWN, NY — The frost may not be on the pumpkin right this minute, but sounds as if it could be overnight Monday.

"It is autumn now after all… so we shouldn’t be surprised by the fall-like temperatures," says Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.

Monday and Friday nights will see the lowest temperatures of this mostly sunny work week. But we will see a return to possibly above average temps midweek — New York City to Washington DC could reach near or above 70 F.
