State Police Make 2 DWI Arrests In Yorktown
State Police in Troop K said they removed 19 impaired drivers from the roads Nov. 2-4.

YORKTOWN, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 19 impaired drivers from the roads Nov. 2-4. Among those accused were two men driving in Yorktown and one Yorktown resident.
On November 3, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Ronald H. Solis, 39, of Mahopac, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown, when he was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On November 4, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Gregory J. Shane, 55, of Yorktown, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he went off the roadway and became stuck in the mud. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On November 4, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Edward Santana, 39, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
