Thefts From Cars Reported In Somers Area
The state police have recommendations for residents to help safeguard their vehicles and property.
SOMERS, NY — There have been several thefts from vehicles in and around the Somers area, state police said. They are urging residents to take the time to help prevent becoming a victim.
Police advise the following:
- Remove your keys from your vehicle, including spare keys.
- Do not leave valuables in your vehicle unattended.
- Close the windows.
- Park in well-lit conspicuous areas.
