Unlicensed Driver Stopped For Stop Lamp In Yorktown
He's due in Yorktown town court in May.

YORKTOWN, NY — Police who stopped a car without a working stop lamp say they ended up arresting the operator for driving with a license that had been suspended for DWAI.
At 1:10 a.m. April 12, an officer on patrol on Route 6 saw a vehicle with no stop lamp and stopped it. A computer check at the scene revealed that Joselito Soto of Putnam Valley had had his privilege to drive in New York suspended for driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
The 31-year-old was arrested and released on $100 cash bail. He is due in Yorktown town court May 15.
