Westchester County Job Fairs for Direct Support Caregivers

Experienced and entry-level interests in supporting people with autism and developmental disabilities are welcome to attend.

Community Based Services (CBS), a nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities in the Hudson Valley and Taconic regions, is expanding its innovative programs. In a search to discover the best talent in the area, CBS is hosting job fairs on May 3 and May 31 in Westchester County. Are you energetic, creative, and compassionate? Speak to a recruiter in person and launch a life-changing career. Experienced and entry-level interests in supporting people with autism and developmental disabilities are welcome to attend.

One in four Americans have a disability and direct support professionals are in high demand. Community Based Services is offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and a $500 bonus for part-time positions.

Community Based Services has multiple openings for direct support professionals/caregivers in Westchester, Dutchess, and Putnam counties. Direct support professionals assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives. They are the heroes in the stories of people they support. The positions offer:

The May 3 Job Fair will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Garofano House at 264B Bryant Avenue in White Plains, NY. The May 31 Job Fair will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at CBS’ residential site located at 2127 Ridge Street in Yorktown Heights, NY. There will be a focus on filling positions for residential caregivers throughout Westchester County.
