According to the officer, Loimar went into the store Jan. 30 and took three items off the shelves. He then went to the customer service desk and fraudulently returned one of the items, receiving cash from an employee.

Police said he then left the store, passing all points of sale, without paying for the other items.

On Monday, the officer called Loimar and asked him to come down to the police department, which he did voluntarily.

Loimar was arrested, issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court March 11.
