Woman Arrested In Yorktown For Suspended License, Registration
Police initially stopped the woman for speeding.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 19-year-old Chappaqua woman was arrested after being stopped for speeding. Yorktown Police said Jessica L. Molina, 19, of Bedford Road in Chappaqua, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operation while registration is suspended, misdemeanors, and exceed maximum speed limit, a traffic infraction.
Police said, around 10:20 p.m. Feb. 21, an officer on routine patrol saw a 2017 Toyota Corolla traveling east on Route 6 going faster than the maximum speed limit.
After the car was stopped, the officer said he checked Molina’s driver’s license and found that it had been suspended for a lapse in insurance.

The car’s registration was also suspended for the lapse in insurance.
Molina was arrested and issued three summonses.

She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court March 22.
