Woman Due In Yorktown Court Over Loud Music
She was playing amplified music at a high volume, police said.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown woman is due in town court Aug. 11 over loud music.
Police said they were called about loud music at 3520 Gomer St. at 8:30 p.m. May 27. They interviewed the homeowner.
After an investigation, police said, they alleged the 55-year-old did play amplified music at a high volume. At the victim's request, a criminal summons was issued to her for violation of the town code on unreasonable, unnecessary or excessive noise.
