Yorktown Children Can Enter Egg Decorating Contest
Ribbons will be awarded by age group at the town's Easter Egg Hunt.
YORKTOWN, NY — There is still time for Yorktown children in kindergarten through fifth grade to enter the town's Decorated Egg Contest.
Eligibility is limited to children who live or attend school in the town of Yorktown.
Participants must use this Egg Outline and return the finished egg to the Yorktown Recreation Department by 4 p.m. Friday, April 8.

Organizers said markers, crayons, paint and/or glitter may be used to decorate the egg.
Only one entry per child is allowed and all work must be done by the child.

Place ribbons will be awarded by age group and handed out at the Easter Egg Hunt, which is Saturday, April 9, or may be picked up in the Recreation Department the Monday after the event.
