Yorktown Cops Issue Noise Violation On Curry Street

Two of the residents were revving an engine and playing amplified music at 11 p.m., police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — Keith Boddle, 45, and Corneilius Boddle, 21, received criminal summonses Tuesday, accused of violating the town code against unreasonable and unnecessary noise.

Police said on May 8 they received a noise complaint and went to Curry Street. They allege the two, who live at 3215 Curry St., were found playing amplified music and revving a vehicle's engine at 11 p.m.

The Boddles are scheduled to appear in Yorktown town court June 11.
