Yorktown Man Accused Of Disorderly Behavior
Police said he was using abusive and obscene language in a public place.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown Heights man was accused of violent and threatening behavior.
Yorktown police said Jan Kluk, 66, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
Police said, on Friday, officers were sent to check out a report of a man acting disorderly at 3303 Crompond Road.

After police got there, they found Kluk and engaged in violent and threatening behavior and use abusive and obscene language in a public place.
He was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Kluk was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance to a responsible party.
He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court Dec. 3.
