Yorktown Man Accused Of Driving While Drug Impaired
Police initially pulled him over for a traffic violation.

YORKTOWN, NY — State Police arrested a Yorktown man for driving impaired. Michael Tomasetti, 43, of Yorktown, was stopped for a traffic violation while driving a 2002 Toyota Tundra around 1:45 a.m. Jan. 30 on Crompond Road in the Town of Yorktown.
An investigation found that Tomasetti was impaired by drugs and was arrested, police said.
He was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court Feb. 13.
