Yorktown Man Accused Of Drunken Driving
The arrest happened after police responded to a one-car accident.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 59-year-old man was arrested after a traffic accident and accused of drunken driving. Yorktown police said Arthur A. Tullberg, 59, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent of more, misdemeanors, and fail to maintain lane, a traffic infraction.
Police said, around 2 p.m. March 7, officers responded to Granite Springs Road in the area of Quaker Church Road for a one-car accident.
Officers located Tullberg, who was the driver, and found he had been driving while intoxicated.

He was arrested at the scene and taken to police headquarters.
Tullberg was released on his own recognizance to a responsible third party.

He is next scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court March 21.
