Yorktown Man Accused of Shoplifting

Two packages of cheese at Turco's, valued at $44.02

Yosef Brodsky, 30, faces a charge of petty larceny connected to an incident at Turco’s.

Police received a call at 2PM July 19 from the supermarket about a shoplifter in custody. Police allege that Brodsky attempted to leave the store without paying for two packages of cheese valued at $44.02.

The Mark Road resident is due in Yorktown town court Aug. 20 to answer the misdemeanor charge.
