Yorktown Man Arrested For Violating Order Of Protection

Police were called for a domestic incident which led to an arrest.

YORKTOWN, NY — A domestic incident led to the arrest of a Yorktown man Saturday. Yorktown Police said Lee M. Madolan, 49, of Lavole Court in Yorktown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Police said they were called around 4:24 a.m. April 28 to an address in Yorktown, where it was found that Madolan was under the influence of alcohol, which is a violation of a duly served order of protection issued by the Westchester County Family Court.

He was arrested and taken to police headquarters.

Madolan was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

He is due back in the Yorktown Justice Court May 3.
