Yorktown Man Faces Aggravated Drunk Driving Charge in Southeast
His blood alcohol count was more than twice the legal limit, state police said.

Robert Decourcey, 42, of Yorktown Heights, NY, faces a charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
At 2:10 a.m. Nov. 16, state troopers stopped to check the welfare of a driver who was stopped on the side of Route 22 in Southeast. While interviewing the operator of the vehicle, troopers found clues that indicated he was driving while intoxicated.
Police said Decourcey provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .21 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. He was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on Dec. 4.
