Yorktown Man Faces Heroin Possession Charge

Daniel Pezanowski, 31, of Yorktown Heights, faces a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Yorktown officers in conjunction with the Westchester County Northern Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop on Curry Street near Jennifer Court at 7:36 p.m. June 15. They allege Pezanowski had heroin with him when stopped. 

The Tulip Drive resident is due in Yorktown court July 16.
